Joyce Pusta – Executive Assistant 

Joyce has an extensive background in administrative support. She is the woman behind many of the day to day operations at Inspired Wellness.

Her passion for fitness, healthy eating and wellness align perfectly with her role on the team.

When she’s not working you can find her enjoying time with her two adorable boys and family, listening to music, bike riding and reading up on the latest health and fitness news.

Favorite Workout Tunes:
I love the latest hip-hop and pop music! As long as it’s trending and the beat makes me feel pumped, I’m into it! 

Latest Accomplishment:
Since starting with Inspired Wellness my life has changed. I got the courage to go back to being fit and healthy and I even joined boot camp classes. I never thought I could still do HIIT workouts and weightlifting after having two children! I have also learned how to manage my asthma attacks without relying on medications. I’ve also introduced more veggies into my children’s diets including squash, horseradish, chayote and eggplant. It’s not easy, but I’m determined!

What does your perfect day look like?
I make sure I have enough sleep (at least 6-7 hours). I always make time to play and talk with my boys, finish my work, get to my workout sessions, prepare healthy food and most importantly read the Bible. These things make not only my day but my entire life fabulous!

Favorite Exercises:
I like exercises that make me focus and get my heart rate and muscles engaged. Sprinting, running and lifting are all things I enjoy!

Hobbies:
Reading the Bible, health/wellness and fitness blogs. In fact, I love reading; if only I could spend my entire day doing it! I also enjoy spending time with my boys which includes outdoor activities. I also discovered my love for mountain biking I even started cross training since March of 2018.
