Meet Lynzie!

Lynzie Vang – Group Fitness Trainer

Lynzie grew up in Minnesota with the backyard as her playground. She spent most of her life roughhousing and playing football with her brothers. When she entered college, she found the beauty in Powerlifting. This sport helped her channel more of a mental and physical challenge than anything she has ever experienced. It has positively impacted her lifestyle and she continues to learn about the fundamentals in different lifts. She hopes to inspire others to build their own confidence through the powers of their abilities.

On an average day, Lynzie is swimming in her studies. One of her many interests also includes the study of sports psychology, so she keeps this as an option for her future. As a student at Sacramento State University, she studies Kinesiology and hopes to follow into a master’s in public health to further advocate living a healthy lifestyle through the mind, body and soul.

Aside from her health and fitness life, she values napping more than social media. And in her leisure time, she can be found in the grocery stores slowly strolling from isle to isle.
