Meet Rachel!

Rachel Comstock – Group Fitness Trainer

Rachel’s passion for fitness did not start at an early age. Rachel was raised in a sport-driven household and played soccer throughout her childhood and into college. Despite being so active in her early youth, Rachel always saw exercise as a chore. It wasn’t until later in her teenage years that she started to fall in love with fitness, health, and wellness. This prompted her to attend Central Washington University, where she received her Bachelors of Science in Food Science and Nutrition. Rachel was first introduced to group fitness classes during her time in Washington and immediately fell in love with the environment.

Eventually, she decided to take on the challenge of becoming an instructor herself and spent her last two years in college teaching classes in both cycling and bootcamp.

Currently, Rachel is completing her practice hours to obtain her license as a Registered Dietitian. In her free time, you can find her cooking, baking, or enjoying the outdoors.
