Meet Tonya!

 

Tonya Gonzales – Group Fitness Trainer

Tonya has been involved in health and wellness for more than 20 years. She is an ultra-marathon runner, and loves to bike, kayak, paddleboard, anything active and outdoors! Her newest obsession is training for a Spartan Race!

She writes a health and wellness blog, is an award-winning chef and had more than 30 years in the restaurant industry, before she went back to school and to receive her B.S. in Holistic Nutrition. She appeared regularly on television as the local food and wellness expert and authored a health column for Live-Well Amarillo magazine before moving back to Northern California a few years ago.

She is a certified personal trainer, specializing in senior and group fitness, an inspiring nutrition educator and public speaker, and a personal chef and instructor.

She is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others with her knowledge, experience, enthusiasm, and commitment to vibrant, healthy living!

I believe in taking care of the whole body, inside and out, through daily activity and purposeful movement, clean eating, healthy relationships, and SLEEP!

Anything that gets me moving is going to get you moving too, or at least chuckling at my moves!
