Meet Holland!

Holland Fairwell – Group Fitness Trainer

Holland grew up being very active in swim team and competitive dance. She was a cheerleader for a few years as well until her freshman year of high school when she discovered and fell in love with rugby and became an avid player.

This became her true passion as she played for 9 years. Holland played on teams for her high school, college and a semi-pro traveling team.

It was during all her training for the sport of rugby that she fell in love with fitness training and a team atmosphere.

Overall Wellness Philosophy:
We are what repeatedly do. When exercising, eating healthy and having a positive attitude becomes routine, your best self can come forward. You no longer have to think about it and it just is natural to make good decisions that you feel great about. This becomes empowering and allows you to be the best you can be with a healthy body, mind and spirit.

Gotta love some girl power: Beyonce, J.Lo, and even a little Britney.

Latest Accomplishment:
Completing the Cleanse 30 at Inspired Wellness and losing over 25 pounds in six months!

Fun, encouraging, and positive!

Favorite Exercises:
Kettle Bell work, ropes, and whole body circuits.

Hobbies:
I enjoy spending time with my fiancé taking our two French Bulldogs to the dog park or on walks around Curtis Park. On the weekends you can find me with family or friends at a BBQ or party of some sort. I also enjoy a good DIY project here and there and I’m always down for playing games or any type of competition.
