What are some of your favorite exercises?
Running sucks but I love the feeling of moving.

What motivates you to stay healthy?
My dog keeps me motivated to go outside and think of places to take him to have adventures. Without him I’d probably sit on the couch a lot more often.

What do you do to stay balanced in your daily life (hobbies)?
My wife and I like to travel a lot, read, cook, make art, and pet dogs.

If this food/meal were the last available on Earth and you were the lucky recipient, what would it be?
Easiest question ever: Chick-N-Tater Melt Munchie Meal from Jack in the Box.

What are three of your upcoming goals NOW, in one year and in five years?
I just want to feel good in my body, now and for always.

What are some songs currently on your playlist?
“Let ‘Em Talk” – Kesha, “Take It Or Leave It” – Great Good Fine Ok, “Drinkee” – Sofi Tukker, “U-RITE” – THEY., and “What’s It Going to Be” – Shura all give me energy.

What do you do for fun locally?
XOSO Kickball league, taking my dog to American River, my wife and I go to a lot of local events like Legends of Wine and Brewfest.

Ride or Die.

How has Inspired Wellness impacted your life?
I tore up my ankle when I was in college and couldn’t run for about a year and I kind of let everything go and my body never really recovered. This is the first time in about 10 years that I’d consider myself ‘in shape’, which feels good and empowering and so forth.
