What’s your favorite wellness quote?
“Great things never come from comfort zones.”

What are some of your favorite exercises?
Running, KB Swings, Sumo Squats.

What motivates you to stay healthy?
I feel better both physically and mentally when I make healthier choices.

What do you do to stay balanced in your daily life (hobbies)?Cooking, painting, taking pictures of my dog, traveling, and playing board games.

If this food/meal were the last available on Earth and you were the lucky recipient, what would it be?
My mom’s homemade flour tortillas.

What are three of your upcoming goals NOW, in one year and in five years?
My goal now is to make a bigger commitment to my fitness goals (come to Inspired Wellness more often). In one year, I’d like to be a home owner, and in 5 years I’d like to have an established career, a family, and have hiked Half Dome.

What are some songs currently on your playlist?
The Outfield – Your Love; Sam Smith – Too Good at Goodbyes; and everything on the Coffee House Covers station on Pandora.

What do you do for fun locally?
XOSO Kickball, going to brew-fests, wine tasting events, and finding new places to eat.

How has Inspired Wellness impacted your life?
It’s made me more confident and has instilled a sense of self-love I didn’t have before. I have A LOT more body-positive days and feel stronger inside and out.
