What are some of your favorite exercises?
I LOVE kettlebell swings! I feel so powerful when I do them. Like Thor when he’s about to throw Mjolnir. Only with more squats.
What motivates you to stay healthy?
I get excited at the thought of all the things I can try, achieve and accomplish with a healthy body!
What do you do to stay balanced in your daily life (hobbies)?
Aaaaw man, I definitely can improve on this! I love working on my craft, whether it’s acting or face painting. I devote much of my time there. I think something that can help me balance fun with work, would be weekly dates! A little date nestled throughout a busy schedule would be so much fun! Taking a friend out, family, my husband – or even myself – and trying something new. That would be a rad way to recharge the batteries.
If this food/meal were the last available on Earth and you were the lucky recipient, what would it be?
NICE Cream. It’s dairy-free, made with a banana base and comes in loooots of different flavors! And the TEXTURE. SO. SMOOTH.
What are three of your upcoming goals NOW, in one year and in five years?
My current goal is to lose 30 to 40 lbs and to create more muscle within my body. One year is to move to LA. Five years is to win an Oscar.
What are some songs currently on your playlist?
I LOVE video game music. I can always get down to anything from Touhou.
What do you do for fun locally?
I love anything active! Glow-in-the-dark mini golf, indoor trampoline “playgrounds,” paintball . . . It’s so engaging and fun!

How has Inspired Wellness impacted your life?
I’m showing up for myself. Physically. That is a huge accomplishment for me.
