What’s your favorite wellness quote?
“How you do anything is how you do everything”.

What are some of your favorite exercises?
Burpees, squat to head press, deadlifts, push-ups, and sprints.

What motivates you to stay healthy?
I am motivated by my desire to feel my best so that I can live every day full of energy and passion!

What do you do to stay balanced in your daily life (hobbies)?
I love to travel, read, coach basketball, and spend time with my family and friends. I also like to maintain a variety of workouts including IW bootcamp, barre, running, hiking and spin class.

If this food/meal were the last available on Earth and you were the lucky recipient, what would it be?
Mint chip ice cream!

What are three of your upcoming goals NOW, in one year and in five years?
My goal right now is to mee the needs of all my amazing 8th-grade students. In one year, I hope that I have traveled outside the U.S. at least once and in five years, I hope I have a family with my wonderful husband.

What are some songs currently on your playlist?
Perfect by Ed Sheeran, All We Got by Chance the Rapper, and September Song (acoustic version) by JP Cooper.

What do you do for fun locally?
I love to try new restaurants, run in Land Park and McKinley Park, and attend Sacramento Kings games!

How has Inspired Wellness impacted your life?
Inspired Wellness has given me the confidence to achieve any fitness goal I set for myself. It has become so intertwined with my every day life that I can’t imagine living without it!
