Jessie De Haven – Group Fitness Trainer

Jessie De Haven has been in love with group exercise since taking her first step class as a teenager.   Fitness trends have definitely changed, but teaching fitness to large and small groups has remained her passion. With more than 20 years of experience working as an instructor and personal trainer, Jessie loves working with clients of all levels.  She enjoys teaching HIIT classes as well as Pilates, Barre, and Yoga.  In addition to teaching classes, she is a long-time AFAA/NASM master instructor who presents workshops to fitness professionals around the country.

I would say focus on form, technique, and individual coaching in a group environment from what I have seen so far.

What is Your Overall Wellness Philosophy?
Start from where you are! Whatever small thing you can do for your wellness and fitness today is infinitely better than doing nothing. Just start.

I love EDM music, but the 90s and 2000s music is up there as well

Latest Accomplishment:
I recently accepted myself where I am at on my health and wellness journey. True acceptance has taken me the greater part of my 29 years on this planet. My latest physical achievement was re-committing to flexibility training and stretching every day.
