What’s your favorite wellness quote?  

“Success is the sum of small efforts, repeated day in & day out.”

What are some of your favorite exercises?

Curls, Planking’s,  Crunches

What motivates you to stay healthy?

I have had health issues in the past and I don’t want to go back to feeling like crap all the time.

What do you do to stay balanced in your daily life (hobbies)? 

I have a busy life, with working 40 hours a week helping my 85 year old Mother take care of her ranch, two sons and 3.5 grandsons, I stay very busy. I like just any outdoor activity. I grew up raising cattle and working on cars so anything outside I enjoy.

If this food/meal were the last available on Earth and you were the lucky recipient, what would it be?

A BBQ tri-tip steak, lobster tail and a salad.

What are three of your upcoming goals NOW, in one year and in five years?

Now to a daily exercise being an addition (like I had in the 80’s). In the year better eating habits to be the norm and not have to remind myself to eat well. In five years to stay just as active, eating healthy and enjoy my family along with maybe retirement (5-10 years).

What are some songs currently on your playlist?

Metal, Country and Oldies

Disturbed, Five Finger Death Punch, Moonshine Bandits, Luke Bryan, Blake Shelton and songs from the 70’s

What do you do for fun locally?

Spend time with my grandsons on the ranch, they like to play kick ball, baseball and play on the tractors and quads (4-wheelers)

How has Inspired Wellness impacted your life?

It has given me the extra push I needed to get off the couch and back to the active me I love; it has also helped bring down some walls that I had put up and closed myself off.
