August Member Profile!

Every month we feature our awesome members. They are inspirational, they rock and we wouldn’t be where we are without their continued support of our wellness movement. Our August Member Profile is Michele! She’s been with the studio for well over two years and still going strong. Check it out below:

What is your favorite wellness quote?
“Do something that your future self will thank you for.”

What are some of your favorite exercises?
Hands down the plank!

What motivates you to stay healthy?
The rewards of maintaining a healthy lifestyle that help make me more productive, happier, and motivated.

What do you do to stay balanced?
On top of weekly workouts at Inspired Wellness I yoga, meditate and carve out time to travel to stay balanced with the mind, body, and soul. Laughing with friends and family is also in the mix of maintaining a balanced life.

If this food/meal were the last available on Earth and you were the lucky recipient what would it be?
My favorite food is Japanese food from dishes like ramen, sushi, and curry. But I would miss splurging on dessert if I could only just eat Japanese food for the rest of my time on Earth!

What are three of your upcoming goals NOW, in 1 year and in 5 years?
Three immediate goals are to become a licensed architect, pay for a stranger’s meal anonymously and travel to the Philippines and China where my grandparents are from. Sometimes you can better figure out where you are going if you know where you came from.

How has Inspired Wellness impacted your life?
When I first came to IW, they helped me recover from a car accident that left me with painful whiplash.  The workouts and encouragement helped me train for a half marathon I completed a year after my accident. Now, Inspired Wellness just makes me smile everyday.
