Lost 28 lbs in less than 12 weeks!!

UPDATE on Robert’s progress:

My blood pressure is 111/61 – down from 138/90

My triglycerides were 61 – down from 134

My cholesterol is 164 – down from 210

My blood glucose is 81 – down from 98

“I met Sham in early 2010 and started following his program in mid-February. I changed my diet and exercise routine and immediately I began to drop weight and firm up my body like I never had before.
