July 2017 Member Profile: Suzanne Lopez!

Every month we feature our awesome members. They are inspirational, they rock and we wouldn’t be where we are without their continued support of our wellness movement. Our July Member Profile is Suzanne!

What’s your favorite wellness quote?
“If it doesn’t challenge you it doesn’t change you”.

What are some of your favorite exercises?
Tricep exercises, kettlebell swings and anything for abs

What motivates you to stay healthy?
Being and staying healthy just feels good overall. It helps me to continue to be active so I can do things like going on hikes, long walks, as well as just everyday things like work in my yard. I’m happy when I can make good food choices and exercise on a regular basis.

What do you do to stay balanced in your daily life (hobbies)?
I read I like to watch sports. San Francisco is my favorite city so I spent time whenever I can.

If this food/meal were the last available on Earth and you were the lucky recipient, what would it be?
My mom’s lemon chicken and savory rice with lemon chicken gravy.

What are three of your upcoming goals NOW, in one year and in five years?
Right now my goal is to get through my first 30 day cleanse. In the next year, I would like to participate in a Spartan race with my nephews and in 5 years I would like to be a district manager with the company I currently work for.

What are some songs currently on your playlist?
By the way – Red Hot Chili Peppers, That’s What I Like – Bruno Mars, Love Yourself – Mary J. Blige, Plus – Stone Temple Pilots. Every song made by the Beatles!

What do you do for fun locally?
Go to the movies and hang out with my best friend and goddaughter.

Describe yourself in 3 words:
Loyal, evolving, loving.

How has Inspired Wellness impacted your life?
At first it was the hardest best thing I have ever done. It’s still challenging but I feel accomplished and the support is amazing!
