What’s your favorite wellness quote?
“If it costs you your peace, it’s too expensive.”  The other quote I love that is more motivational is: “The best time to plant a tree was ten years ago. The second best time is today.”

What are some of your favorite exercises?
I love RDL’s! Also, anything core and banded exercises. (Least favorite… running. ?)

What motivates you to stay healthy?
My main motivation is to enjoy a more active outdoor lifestyle with my husband and friends. I love being out in nature!

What do you do to stay balanced in your daily life (hobbies)?
Getting creative in the kitchen is my favorite way to relax. I love to cook something I’ve never made before. I also make fully decorated cakes for events for my friends and family.

If this food/meal were the last available on Earth and you were the lucky recipient, what would it be?
If I could only have one more meal, it would absolutely be spicy ramen… or a burrito… maybe a ramen burrito? ?

What are three of your upcoming goals NOW, in one year and in five years?
Current goal-start to learn to draw, One year goal-feel ready for a real backpacking trip, 5 years goal-hopefully to have started a family with my amazing husband Joe.

What are some songs currently on your playlist?
I love all kinds of music and my preference changes drastically based on my mood but I’m getting more into Podcasts. I am accepting recommendations from the Inspired wellness community for some great podcasts to listen to!

What do you do for fun locally?
As hiking is a new obsession of mine, I like to explore new trails. I also LOVE wine tasting.

Describe yourself in 3 words:
Exuberant, intuitive, sincere.

How has Inspired Wellness impacted your life?
For a long time, my goal of a healthy lifestyle was present mostly in intention, not action. Inspired Wellness was the missing piece and has had a domino effect in my life. I now make better choices when it comes to anything affecting my physical or mental health.
