What’s your favorite wellness quote?
“Just because you can doesn’t mean you should!”

What are some of your favorite exercises?
Box Jumps, Med Ball throws and walking really really far while listening to audiobooks. Also yoga!

What motivates you to stay healthy?
Feeling strong enough to carry heavy things and also have reasonably good endurance.

What do you do to stay balanced in your daily life (hobbies)?
Puzzles, reading, cooking and hanging out with my pet rabbit Mo. Also forest-bathing!

If this food/meal were the last available on Earth and you were the lucky recipient, what would it be?
Honestly just a giant heirloom tomato with balsamic vinegar and fresh mozzarella.

What are three of your upcoming goals NOW, in one year and in five years?
Now: find a new job that is meaningful and challenging One year from now: Travel somewhere very far away 5 years: have at least two more tattoos and a total of three pet rabbits.

What are some songs currently on your playlist?
Current songs: Anything by Bad Bunny, also Amy Winehouse.

What do you do for fun locally?
I have a side business selling beignets at pop-ups so on most weekends I am out and about at local businesses frying up beignets! They are NOT healthy, sorry!

How has Inspired Wellness impacted your life?
IW has given me a really great place to get into a routine that is more focused on being healthy overall and not just being “ripped” or “swoll.” Plus, the instructors are all really friendly and helpful!
