What’s your favorite wellness quote?
Don’t have one.

What are some of your favorite exercises?
Kettlebell swing and jump rope

What motivates you to stay healthy?
Diabetes Type 2 runs in my immediate and extended family.  I am prediabetic and have been experiencing symptoms related to elevated blood sugar levels for several years. Staying active and reducing my overall body fat percentage will help delay and reduce complications related to being diabetic.

What do you do to stay balanced in your daily life (hobbies)?
Cooking, painting, taking pictures of Lots of music, morning walk break, after lunch walk break, and afternoon walk break

If this food/meal were the last available on Earth and you were the lucky recipient, what would it be?
FRUITS!!!!! If only one kind of fruit than Mangosteen.

What are three of your upcoming goals NOW, in one year and in five years?
Current goal- Career Goal- develop technical skills – Personal skills – work on reducing cluttering, cleaning, and organizing and staying organized whole house.

Hiking and going to live concerts

Playful. Energetic, Troublemaker

How has Inspired Wellness impacted your life?
I missed being stronger than how weak I let myself become before joining Inspire Wellness.  I was getting frustrated with how inactive I was and wanted to be active again.  The ever-changing WOD has made working out fun again.  I dread them and look forward to completing the workouts.
