What’s your favorite wellness quote?
“Workout because you love your body not because you hate it”

What are some of your favorite exercises?
Any exercises involving the TRX bands, core work and squats 

What motivates you to stay healthy and balanced?
What do I do to stay balanced in my daily life is to try to be physically active for thirty minutes or more per day, eat healthy and spend time with family and friends. 

If this food/meal were the last available on Earth and you were the lucky recipient, what would it be?
If I only had one last meal on this planet I would have to choose oxtail fries and any wagyu beef burger from Bachi Burger! 

What are three of your upcoming goals NOW, in one year and in five years?
Now: I want to attempt to do RX+ for every workout. 
1 year: I want to start and finish a cleanse  
5 years: Maybe run a half marathon

How has Inspired Wellness impacted your life?
Inspired Wellness has impacted my life in many ways. The quality of the workouts are very efficient! I have noticed the physical changes when I first started working out here to now!
