What’s your favorite wellness quote?
“Fitness is not about being better than someone else, it’s about being better than you used to be”.

What are some of your favorite exercises?
Inch Worm Push Ups, Dive Bomber Push Ups, Med Ball Slams.

What motivates you to stay healthy?
Physically, mentally, and emotionally I feel at my best when I’m healthy; I sleep better and have more energy.

What do you do to stay balanced in your daily life (hobbies)?
Yoga, hiking, cooking, scuba diving, traveling, wine tasting, spending time with family and friends.

If this food/meal were the last available on Earth and you were the lucky recipient, what would it be?
Sushi… And Macaroni & Cheese.

What are three of your upcoming goals NOW, in one year and in five years?
(Now) To get back in shape before my best friends’ wedding. (One Year) To maintain the progress I’ve made in fitness and have it become a habit (no more fluctuating!). (Five Years) To hike the John Muir Trail.

What are some songs currently on your playlist?
Anything country but I also love 90’s jams.

What do you do for fun locally?
Try all the awesome local breweries and foodie spots, kayak/paddle board on Lake Natomas.

Adventurous, Ambitious, Foodie.

How has Inspired Wellness impacted your life?
Inspired Wellness has reawakened in me my love for health and wellness, something I forgot and put aside while I was in graduate school.
