Win The Day With These Healthy Breakfasts

WIN The Day With These Healthy Breakfasts!

Hello, Fall! Let’s inspire your taste buds; in today’s post, we’re sharing our favorite fall breakfasts! There’s no better way to start the day than a healthy, hearty meal. And if you’re intermittently fasting you can still incorporate this into your day for your first meal! Ideally, it will fill you up for a few hours and compliment a busy morning versus being a time suck.

Overnight Oats
Paired with chia, this breakfast is wonderful for so many reasons! It’s full of heart-healthy omega 3s to help raise the “good” HDL cholesterol, antioxidants (goodbye free radicals!), fiber, iron and calcium. AND when left overnight it creates a gelatinous texture similar to pudding. Added fiber from the oats means you stay full until lunch! Three of our favorite finds:

Apple Cinnamon Overnights Oats
Banana Nut Overnight Oats
Blueberry Overnight Oats

Smoothie Bowls
Texture, flavor, health – OH MY! Delight in the art of the smoothie bowl; think “burrito bowl” breakfast edition! A few of our favorite superfood ingredients include blueberries, nutrient-packed green smoothie bases and chia seeds (yup, can you tell we love chia?). Three of our favorite finds:

Super Green Smoothie Bowl
Blueberry Cacao Smoothie Bowl
Mocha Banana Protein Smoothie Bowl

Smoothies
If you’ve followed us for any length of time, you know we LOVE a good smoothie. In fact, we’re sippin’ on one right now! They’re one of the BEST ways to pack a 1-2 punch in the nutrition department and on-the-go peeps will love the ease of something you can sip on gradually throughout the morning. Three of our faves:

Pumpkin Pie Smoothie (can sub out liquid stevia for honey if desired)
Banana Fig Smoothie
Snickerdoodle Green Smoothie

Until Next Time,

Sham & Christina

Oats is always a healthy breakfast and I take oat daily for my breakfast. My kind of oats are rolled oats so no soaking is needed. I usually paired my oats with blueberries, walnut, amond and sweet potatoes.

I am having oats every morning 7 days a week and find it so good after I start taking them. First, I go to toilet easily, immediately after my breakfast. I also added berries and nuts and sweet potatos into my oats to make it fuller and more taste.
