What’s your favorite wellness quote?
“The most effective way to do it is to do it.” – Amelia Earhart

What are some of your favorite exercises?
Plie squats, slams, kickboxing.

What motivates you to stay healthy?
I want to live long and be strong to take care of my loved ones. I want to keep fit so I don’t injure myself at work. I love having big muscles and feeling powerful and unstoppable!

What do you do to stay balanced in your daily life (hobbies)?
I love to relax by floating on the river, reading, watching bad reality shows. When I’m not at IW, I enjoy running with my best friend along the American River bike trail.

If this food/meal were the last available on Earth and you were the lucky recipient, what would it be?
Pizza with mushrooms and jalapenos and most importantly, a side of ranch for dipping.

What are three of your upcoming goals NOW, in one year and in five years?
NOW – to do a nutrition reset by committing to the cleanse30 program I am participating this Season // One Year – to buy a house and create an amazing home space // Five Years – Do another triathlon.

What are some songs currently on your playlist?
Lemon by NERD and Rihanna, Sunset Lover by Petit Biscuit

What do you do for fun locally?
Dancing at The Press Club, biking downtown to street festivals, running club at New Helvetia Brewery (Sloppy Moose), standup paddleboarding at Lake Natoma.

Motivated, goofy, empathetic

How has Inspired Wellness impacted your life?
I’ve got some nice muscles and fit into my favorite clothes again!
