Summer Fitness You Must Try!

With nice weather on the horizon, we’re sure you’re itching to get outside and enjoy the sunshine after a year of pandemic-related lockdowns and restrictions! Unfortunately, getting outside our homes can sometimes feel tough, and this summer, we are inspiring you to release your body tensions with some fun, summer fitness worth checking out.

Hybrid group fitness class

Since the pandemic started, hybrid fitness classes have become increasingly popular. These classes combine various fun and exciting fitness styles and exercises that aim to target the whole body. If you live around the area, we offer FREE trial hybrid classes for seven days, including yoga on Tuesdays. Learn more here if you plan on joining.

Wearable fitness tech

Fitness trackers are nothing new, and in the past year, there’s been a significant rise in the use of wearable tech. It has been proven effective in increasing and help maintain one’s overall fitness activity. We can’t deny that we love to see our numbers rise or compete with friends to “get our daily steps or MEPS in.” This summer, consider starting a personal challenge or make it a group activity with friends and family as you all track your progress throughout the season! If you’re a member of our fitness community, Inspired Wellness, we offer Myzone Switch rentals for you to try out. Interested in renting? Please respond to this email so we can accommodate you on that!

Trampoline straight out the yard

There’s no reason to be feeling bored while in the house nowadays. So instead, get to jumpin’ in your big or small yard or just outside. We couldn’t agree more on how much we love the trampoline set in our backyard. Not only does it adds up to your FUN home activity and a little bit of space, but it also helps your body in some way, like bone density and balance improvement.

Extra perk: Overall, rebounding can also help improve your body composition and muscle mass. Interesting, isn’t it?

Bonus: Make your bouncing extra by cranking up a new, fun playlist!

Summer Fitness will always be a thing, and it works every time. So give these a try and see how you enjoy them!

I haven’t really heard of the hybrid training. That’s interesting to me.
